Being my favorite dessert at seafood restaurants, I always assumed key lime pie was hard to make. Turns out, its easy!
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice (hard to find)
one 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
a graham cracker pie crust (9 inch)
Mix egg yolks, key lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk. Pour in pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Let cool on oven rack. Chill overnight.
